I know how to create source tracking codes for my Zoom events, but cannot get code usage to show up when I run reports. I have configured the reports to capture it (I think), but the Source of Registration column in the report only lists "N/A."
Help??!!

Hi JSlater,
I understand you are able to create source tracking codes for your Zoom Events. Do you mind checking if you were able to do the below steps in order to get the code usage?
To get code usage to show up in source tracking reports in Zoom Events, follow these steps:
Enable Source Tracking: Ensure that source tracking is enabled in your Zoom Events settings. This allows you to monitor how attendees are engaging with your event content.
Use Code Blocks: When sharing code or technical content, utilize the code block feature in Zoom Team Chat. This helps in formatting and distinguishing code snippets from regular text, making it easier to track usage.
Integrate with Reports: After the event, check the reporting section of Zoom Events to see if the code usage data is reflected. If not, ensure that all relevant settings for tracking engagement are properly configured.
Consult Documentation: For detailed guidance, refer to Zoom's support articles or release notes that may provide updates on features related to source tracking and reporting capabilities.
By following these steps, you should be able to effectively track code usage in your Zoom Events reports.
If it is still not populating in the report, please submit a ticket with our Support Team for additional help.
