I've had a number of reports of network issues lately, all on our campus system. We've determined that Wi-Fi6 capable devices have significant driver issues that cause inconsistent network connectivity and a poor Zoom experience. Has anyone had the same experience? Any thoughts on a solution?

Best guess is the driver issues will need to be fixed in order to improve the use of Zoom. We have some sites with poor connectivity, and unfortunately, we've just had to ride that out until the connection improves. Temporary user fixes include turning off everyone's video and muting all participants, but again, this just a temporary fix.
