New Zoom Workplace

With my Zoom Pro I never had issues but now with Zoom Workplace I have to close almost all app etc as the space Zoom Workplace takes is excessive and the quality of my call keeps on dropping. Is there any way I can optimise my memory etc whilst in Zoom Workplace mode?

Hey, I’ve noticed something similar after switching to Zoom Workplace. It really does eat up a lot of memory! One thing that helped me was clearing out unnecessary background apps before starting a call and ensuring my system’s RAM isn’t overloaded. You could also try lowering the video resolution in Zoom settings—sometimes that helps with call quality. Hope this gets sorted for you!
