How to access audio transcript to get my thesis project interview

I used Zoom to record a thesis project interview. I am not sure whether my account can provide the audio transcript.  Does anyone know how to get the audio transcript? I have the video recording of my interview.  Thank you.

Audio transcription automatically transcribes the audio of a meeting or webinar that you record to the cloud.

Notes:

• Audio transcription only supports English.
• Business, Education, or Enterprise license with cloud recording enabled
• You can enable email notifications for audio transcriptions.
