How do I download my BAA? I was told my version is HIPAA compliant and have not had success finding it on my account (as with other HIPAA compliant platforms). Chatbot, calling, and emailing also has been disappointing. With much appreciation.

I don't understand why this is a secret that Zoom officially has only these certifications:
Zoom ISO 27001 - Dec 2022
Zoom SOC 2 Type 1 - Oct 2022
Zoom SOC 2 Type 2 - Oct 2022
Zoom SOC 2 Type 2 HITRUST - Oct 2022
and no HIPAA

That's strange. I've tried several times going to https://explore.zoom.us/en/trust/ and just typing HIPAA and it shows the HIPAA Datasheet under Privacy Resources.
The trust center also shows all the certifications we have.
