Error signing in my zoom account

Hi.

I had a registered zoom account using my university email. However, I could not log in to the account for my lessons.  It shows "Unable to sign in to your account. Please try the other listed methods." I hope to receive follow-up help since I desperately need the account for my studies. Thank you.

    Hi @yip 

    1) Contact your university’s IT help desk—they’re much more likely to be able to help than anyone here. 
    2) Based on the error message you mentioned, try signing in with the “SSO” or “Sign in with SSO” option—that’s the one many universities use.
