Designing a Healthcare Workflow

Hello

       I'm designing a workflow for a health clinic.  If a call is started and a patient goes to a waiting room at the start, can they be put BACK into the waiting room after a doctor speaks with them?  Can a host leave a call with someone in the waiting room without the call ending? 

 

In short, I'd like for a host/cohost to come and go on a call with someone in the waiting room without the call ending.

Is this possible?

Hey there! That's a great idea! Yes, you can put back a patient to the waiting room after a doctor speaks with them. Here's how > https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115000332726-Using-Waiting-Room#h_f493a86f-7d08-4e3b-9d6d-9b236fe9cdcd > Send participants back to waiting room.

A host / co-host can leave the meeting while someone is in the waiting room by doing this: Click on "End" > "Leave Meeting".
