Accidentally chose Educator Account

Hello!

 

When I was making a Zoom account, I accidentally pressed the Educator Account option, and now I cannot log into Zoom with that account. I am currently using a different email address to post this. Is there a chance that I can change my account to non-Educator Account?

Zoom Staff can help you with this.  Most of us here in the Zoom Community are volunteers with no access to your account. 

 

Please submit a Support Ticket directly to Zoom Staff at:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new 

Be sure to include the email address you used to register your account.

Sorry about your issues you are having. Since you are using a different email, if you can send me a DM regarding the email that is currently locked out, I can have my support team raise a case on your behalf, otherwise Ray's recommendation will work as well!
