I wanted to cancel my annual subscription by I accidentally changed my billing to monthly. How can I change my plan back to annual without extending my subscription from what it was before?

    Please contact our billing department by opening a ticket using this link: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032 also make sure you are logged in with your Zoom account so we can access all the necessary data on our end.

    I want to renew my subscription, I have updated my details and I still am not able to access it.
