I was instructed to contact my IT department to upgrade my Zoom version. I am retired and no longer have an IT department. How can I get a personal account and how much does it cost? thanks

Hi @BobHertz welcome to the community! So you were apart of another Zoom users account? If I am understanding correctly? If so, great -- I would suggest looking into the knowledge base article on Unassociating and creating your own account and let me know if that was helpful!
