I am unable to down an updated software version onto a Galaxy 727 phone. I am getting a message saying that they are "Staging an app" and asking if I want to install, which I say "yes". Then I get nothing.
I have tried to go through online support, and get hung up in the "Chat bot" function, and cannot get a live person to help me.
Does anyone know how to get a live technical person at Zoom on the phone????
TIA for any help you can give me.

Hi lindschroeder,
Do you know what Android version you have on your phone? The most recent Zoom version may not be supported by all Android versions. I believe you need to have Android 6.0X or later.
I was able to get a live agent on the chat by continually click "no" when asked if my question was solved and then it asked me if I wanted to chat with a live agent.
