Does my pro license not allow me to have longer meetings than 40 minutes?

Hello,

If your account is showing as Basic, you may not have assigned the Pro  license to your account. Zoom does not do this part for you.

Admins can view available licenses and assign them to users on the Users page of User Management in the Zoom web portal.
Learn how to
assign Zoom licenses. If a license has already been assigned and is still not displaying correctly, admins can follow these steps to fix an incorrectly displayed user license.

Even Pro will timeout at 40mins if there is no activity in the meeting. If you started the session early and left it on awaiting for participants to join and 40 mins passes with no activity the session could terminate.
