Hello,

Last year I paid annual subscription for another person who had a free Zoom account.  I just cancelled the subscription renewal. How can I delete my credit card information that remains on his account?

    Hey @Luc suggest submitting a ticket to our Zoom billing team as they can help you with removing your credit card information here and do not monitor the Community! Thanks!

    The account Owner would need to do this. How did you cancel the subscription?
