I am from India and was successfully using a Zoom monthly paid account. However, my credit card expired, and I got a new one. When I tried to restart my monthly paid subscription with the new card, it showed the message: “The payment currency option is not available for your country.”

I also tried using several of my international credit cards that work for making payments in USD on other apps and platforms, but not on Zoom. How can I resolve this issue?

Hi @Anujgk

Have you considered utilizing Unified Payments Interface (UPI)? Here is more information: Using Unified Payments Interface as a Zoom payment method

If you need further assistance, I recommend that you reach out to Billing by chat or ticket.
