pro account upgrade

I recently (actually 3 days ago) made an order and purchased to upgrade my account from basic to pro. I received an email says it would update me with further information within 1-2 business days. But I did not received any feedback so far. Anybody knows it is normal and how long I should wait for? Thanks.
