I currently set a monthly salary. Paid. Yet they want to charge my card for the previous annual fee.

Hey @Spacebuzz I would suggest checking out the KB on Monthly vs Annual Plan where you can change from monthly to annual. If you are having issues changing your billing occurrence, suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here
