old e-mail adress

I can't log in to my normal e-mail adress and I don't know why. I changed now in the settings to another mail adress but I have to submit in my old account, what doesn't work.

What Can I do?

Hey @Annika_Zoom  for this you will need to submit a ticket to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032 and for the Request Type: Account Management. After submitting the ticket be on the lookout for a follow-up email to the email address you provided.
