no option to upgrade version

when i click on my photo the drop down only shows my name and logout. any ideas? i'd like to upgrade and of course, have all those options.

    Hi @leeleemac ! If you log into your Zoom web portal, do the following: 

    1. In the navigation panel, click Account Management, then Billing.
    2. In the Current Plan tab, click Upgrade Account.

    Bri - are you telling me I cannot update my software with newer versions unless I take a bigger plan? What happens when the software becomes so outdated and unsupported? I have had a paid account for many years and wonder how I can be a paying client without supported software?

    Thanks for looking for this @Bri . This was the article I found earlier that did not help me. The "Check Updates" does not exist in my app version (as described in this article). I installed it as the admin and not with MSI installer, so I am unsure why it is not available and what to do about it next. If you come across anything, please let me know. I will keep looking.

    I cannot find my update button in my Pro account.  Are the updates automatic?
