please help us in migrating a zoom basic account into an organizational account, on how to

The owner or and admin of the organizational account just needs to invite the basic account user into their account.

I did add the user to my Pro account. Then a day later she said she had not gotten the email and told me she had a basic account. She still has not gotten the invite email and I asked the system to resend it also.

So she is still stuck in the basic account and Zoom.com isn't sending the invite email out.
