I lost the recovery key and the codes of the application of the 2Af double factor authentication key and I cannot use this account How can I reactivate myself, because I cannot within my account

Hello,

 

if you lost the recovery codes I don’t think you will be able to fix this yourself. If you are not the admin / owner of the account reach out to them.

 

if you are the owner then you will need to ask Zoom support to help you.

They’re going to want some information about your account details so have that billing information handy.
