invoice without seller's organisation number

The company is located in a country in the EU. It is nowhere on the invoice from Zoom from which country Zoom sold. It only says my organization number and that I paid in euros.
Did I pay too Zoom in USA or a country in Europe?
The seller's organization number must be on an invoice in Europe.
Is it sold from the USA? The address to Zoom is on the invoice. Zoom Video Communications Inc.
