interruption of the pro subscription after the subscription renewal deadline

On October 14 my pro subscription expired and it was automatically renewed. I didn't use it much and I noticed only today, on October 22, that he was trying to take my money from my card. they didn't succeed because I still don't have enough money on the card. I canceled the subscription today, but I have the same pro benefits until October 14, 2022, so it says on the site from what I saw. what should I do to stay canceled this year and not take that money off my card?

Please help me...

I would recommend contacting Zoom Billing or raising a web ticket request.
