i continue to receive a message on my zoom home page that my credit card has expired and it doesn't for several more years. please help. AI chat is a joke, and no other ways to contact customer service.

Hi @jimmccoy,

Thanks for reaching out through Zoom Community! It sounds like you are seeing a banner notification about your credit card. As long as you've double-checked your card on file, you may dismiss the notification. If you are still concerned about it, your best option is to submit a Billing request for assistance. They will need to access your account to ensure there are no issues.

@S_K This keeps happening to me as well even though the card I used for the last annual payment has long since been removed and my new one entered. Is it okay just to ignore the banner telling me it's expired? Seems odd that a company that's capable of everything that Zoom can do, can't figure this out.
