Hello. I follow your steps above however the system wants to send a code to the email address I no longer have access to. My instructions are to contact support. My plan does not allow technical support. ??? Are there other options to address this very simple change. I prefer not to create a new account for myself.

I have the same problem. Need to change the sign in email from one that I no longer have access to and my Pro plan does not allow telephone technical support.
