full cloud storage notifications on free account

Hello all,

I used to have paid account of zoom and i have managed to save couple of meetings to my cloud storage. However, since i dont do online meetings anymore, i have not prolonged my subscription. 

I had not cleared my cloud storage before my account has been downgraded to free, and now i am getting email notifications of a full storage on daily basis. 

I cannot enter the recording settings (where i could disable them), because i do not have paid subscription.

Is there any other way how to disable them? because it is annoying as hell...

I have the same issue. I am getting notices of a full cloud storage situation, but when I go to my cloud storage, there are no files there. ??? Why?
