as per my last discussion with customer care , monthly subscription amount should deduct from my balance amount . But I could see some demand in my account . Please give me a call or correct the statement

I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to determine the issue.
If your account is on net terms, you do have to contact Zoom Billing to request that any credit balance be applied to your invoices. This will only occur automatically if your account has auto-pay enabled.
