cancel upcoming annual subscription renewal

I wish to cancel my annual subscription which is due for renewal shortly.  How do I do this?

How to cancel a Pro (paid) subscription

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Account Management, then click Billing.
  3. Under the Current Plans tab, find the plan you want to cancel and click Cancel Subscription to stop your subscription's automatic renewal.
  4. Confirm your request by selecting Cancel Subscription.
  5. Choose why you would no longer like to renew your subscription.
  6. Once complete, click Submit.
    Your plan status will now be updated to Canceled. You will still have use of your paid plan for the remainder of your subscription term.
  7. (Optional) If you would no longer like to have the plan canceled, you will be able to reactivate your plan by selecting Reactivate Plan on the Current Plans page.

Note: If it says Contact Sales instead of Cancel Subscription, you will need to contact our sales team or your Account Executive to have the plan canceled.

The Plan Management page won't display, it just cycles with gray boxes. I can't all or email anyone... pretty much I'm stuck.  I have been trying to cancel the paid plan since before it was set to renew!

I'm facing the same issue as another user mentioned. The Plan Management page doesn't load for me either—it just cycles with gray boxes. I’ve been trying to cancel my paid plan since before the renewal date, but I couldn’t find the card in my billing subscription. Now, Zoom has already deducted the payment, and I’m stuck with no way to call or email anyone for help.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

I'm getting nervous about the Zoom. For 1 month I have been looking for where to cancel my subscription. There is no Cancel button in Plan Management and Billing Management. I want to write an e-mail, there is no e-mail address to write. I don't know what to do, I deleted the payment method to avoid direct payment, and for two weeks I have been getting a mail saying your subscription has expired, please make your annual payment. I don't want to be crazy.
