Since last year I have been trying to complain about the automatic renewal (I did not authorize) in October/2023, because we no longer use the subscription, since April/2023, which we acquired in October/2022 - valid only for 12 months and which would end in October/2023 . They debited my card again, despite several protests that I sent to the billing email. It is absurd and unfair to make me pay for a service that I did not authorize to renew, and which has become completely useless since April/2023!

I had the same problem just today. it was not a subscription for every year. was just for one year.
I need a re-found a the termination of this subscription.
