can't upgrade plan due to unavailable requested location

Hi @FGIT I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here. 

According to past tickets, unfortunately, you will not be able to upgrade due to the Zoom service not being available for purchase in your location at this time.
