can't access our account

Hi there

we have an active account, which we just upgraded but we were not able to access the original email address so I changed the email address but stuffed up the email address and now we cannot get back into our active upgraded account. Can someone please help us to access our account, we can't get chat support as it doesn't recognise that we have an account??
