Pague en mayo mi suscripción anual y en julio tenia conferencia planeada y me deshabilitaron el acceso tuve que pagar el mes para poder dar mis conferencias pero ahora me volvieron a cobrar el mes y nadie me resuelve el problema

Parece que tu suscripción se renovó automáticamente. Esto sucederá a menos que cancele su plan antes de la fecha de renovación.

 

Si no puede resolver el problema de esta manera, le recomiendo que envíe una solicitud a Zoom Billing para obtener ayuda. Necesitarán acceder a su cuenta para revisarla.

It sounds like your subscription was automatically renewed. This will happen unless you cancel your plan before the renewal date. 

 

If you are unable to resolve the issue this way, I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to review.
