My credit card works but Zoom is unable to charge me for the subscription. My bank tells me that the problem is not mine but Zoom's. Can you tell me what the problem is? I entered my card details correctly

M credit card is ok and works but zoom cannot confirm my subscription. My bank tell me that everything is ok, so what is the problem? My credit card data are ok. How can I solve?
