annual subscription impossible to use the 30% rebate that's end on 22/12/2022

I have receive on the 29/11/2022 a rebate on my pro subscription but it is impossible to activated it🤔 🤔 , I want it but its ends on the 22/12/2022😫, I have try to contact the after sale market with the ticket  but they never answer.

It is impossible to pay in advance i have tried😥.

 can someone help please?
