I canceled zoom yesterday, why does my balance still get deducted even though I canceled my subscription?

Hi @blabla_ did you cancel after the invoice date? Thinking that would be the cause, as long as you cancel before the next invoice date, you wouldn't be invoiced on that next issued invoice date.

For example, viewing your account and subscription details:
NEXT INVOICE DATE: Your next invoice date according to your subscription period.
NEXT INVOICE AMOUNT: The amount you will need to pay on the date of your next invoice.

For further support, I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here
