Zoomgov on my cell phone

Hello,

I have a question regarding Zoom on my cell phone, an iPhone 11 running iOS 16.3.1 and Zoom version 5.14.0. I  have noticed in the Password Manager that my password is saved under <zoomgov.us>. on my laptop and desktop it is saved as <zoom.us>. Why would my phone be using zoomgov? I am not a government employee and I have no reason to have a zoomgov designation. Can anyone here help or send me to the correct board?
