Zoom upgrade plan error code 200

Hello Team,

 

I have tried upgrade my zoom plan from Basic to Pro plan but facing the bellow error message.
"The Zoom service is not available in the requested location. (200)"

I don't see any post related with this error code.

Please help me to solve this issue. 

 

Device Type: Windows 10

Zoom Version: Web

I am also having the same problem and I cant upgrade my account to pro paid plan. Please somebody help me troubleshoot this.
