Zoom timing Out

Why is my Zoom timing out at 40minutes? My plan is not basic but pro. I have been using it for the last one year but of late it times meetings out.

Hi @onyono visiting https://zoom.us/billing/plan You'll see the current plans to which the account is subscribed. Are you seeing any of the plans you purchased?

 

If not, I recommend going through the purchase flow at https://zoom.us/pricing, where you will be prompted to either create a Zoom account or sign in to an existing Zoom account.
