Zoom one Pro subscription payment done but the account is showing as basic
Hello ,
I am facing a problem due to my zoom one Pro subscription not being activated and account shows basic, I have done the payment on 19th December and it is still showing the same , I have also raised a complaint with zoom support for which I am not getting any reply, kindly help me sort this out as I use zoom for my online courses and I am really finding things difficult to handle
