Zoom one Pro subscription payment done but the account is showing as basic

Hello ,

I am facing a problem due to my zoom one Pro subscription not being activated and account shows basic, I have done the payment on 19th December and it is still showing the same , I have also raised a complaint with zoom support for which I am not getting any reply, kindly help me sort this out as I use zoom for my online courses and I am really finding things difficult to handle

Purchasing the license doesn't allocate the license automatically to your user. If you followed the process to allocate the license to your self, then disregard the following instructions:

Also, verify the license purchase shows in your account by going to your Zoom Portal:

https://zoom.us

ADMIN > Plans and Billing

You should be able to see there your "Plan Summary" and also you should be able to manage the license allocation from there.

Thank you but I am not finding the pro licence option to allocate it also my invoices shows one as credit and one paid

I see. You are saying it shows on the billing but shows nothing on "Plan Management"? See screenshot below.

To allocate the license to the use, it wont say "Zoom Pro"; when you go to "ADMIN > User Management > Users" and you select your user to change the "License" (or "Type" or "License Type") it will simply say "Licensed" to the option you need to select.

 

If you don't see any of that, then definitely contact Zoom Support by phone, not chat since you are getting response like that. Report is as a Billing Issue and not a Technical issue. Below a good ducument with differnt  support options:

Thank you, I have tried to allocate the licence even before but I don't get to see pro option in the drop-down it still shows upgrade to  pro for further benefits, and since currently I am a basic user free user I am not able to contact the support over call.

I am from India if there is any way to contact for better support to resolve the issue please help me out.

Isn't the screenshot you shared showing a Credit? It seems the licensed was removed and the money returned. Nobody but  you and Zoom have visibility you have to your account, but it seems you don't have a "paid license" associated to your account.
