Zoom not installing on brand new Mac (M2/Ventura)

Hi all -

I've just got a new MacBook Air and am trying to download zoom. The installation seems to go fine, but then when I try to open zoom, I just get the following blank pop up window and Zoom never appears in the toolbar. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no dice. Any tips?
