Zoom me está realizando cobros indebidos.

Desde hace tres meses zoom me está duplicando los cobros y solamente tengo una cuenta. Cada mes me hace dos veces el cargo a mi tarjeta bancaria  y sumado a esto en mi historial de facturación solo me aparece un cargo. Este mes cancele mi cuenta  de zoom pensando que ya no ocurriría y nuevamente me realizó el cargo mensual. Zoom me está robando. ¿Quién me resuelve?
