Zoom is suggesting contacts to members of my organization

I run a school of languages and have several teachers on my zoom account, with thei Zoom paid by me. I have only just realized that all the teachers are given the option to connect with the other teachers. Is this not a massive breach of Data Protection? How can this even be allowed? What happens if I do not want them to be in touch with each other? Can anyone direct me towards the point in the contract where is says that this is suppossed to happen. Thanks
