Zoom account not bein updated despite payment

I paid for zoom pro 3 days back. My credit card shows debit of $149 but my zoom account still shows that i have basic plan and was allowed 40 minutes for the meeting. Can anyone please share zoom support email ID for correspondence as i raised ticket on website but that was closed stating that my email ID is not verified.
