Zoom Workplace Pro plan required to use Zoom Webinars

I want to buy only Zoom Webinars, but the system says I must also purchase Zoom Workplace Pro.
However, I was told that Zoom Webinars can be purchased without a Workplace Pro license.
Please clarify if a Zoom Workplace Pro plan is required to use Zoom Webinars.

I cannot buy only Zoom webinars.

Welcome to the Zoom Community!

To use Zoom Webinars, you need a Zoom Workplace Pro license or another paid plan from the basic Zoom meeting license. It does not work as a standalone license as the add-on can only be assigned to a licensed user.
