Zoom Profile Picture

My employer has been trying to get his profile picture to display during zoom calls but it never does. It does appear when looking at his account information but not when he joins a call hosted by someone else. He does ensure he logs into his account prior to joining. How do we fix this issue?

Has he attempted to upload an alternate image, or the same image saved as another format (.png and .jpg are the standards)?
