Zoom Pro Dropped to Basic

Last I week logged on as usual to my zoom account to a meeting I had arranged and after 40 minutes I was being asked to upgrade.  Then I noticed that my Zoom Pro had dropped to basic and all my billing history had disappeared.  I paid my annual account fee for Standard Pro Annual on 31st July 2022 and so the subscription is in date.  Can someone from Zoom contact me please.

I'm having a similar issue. My account type was not downgraded from Pro to Basic (according to my profile), but all of my existing meetings are now suddenly limited to 40 minutes, and I received a prompt asking me to upgrade to Pro.

Me, too, just very embarrasing

Me, too and inquiring online is a deadend. All I got was message to upgrade (I am already paying for PRO) and to come to this Community. Yet no one on the ZOOM team supports this community apparently. WTAF??

My account was dropped to a basic account from a pro plan. And for no apparent reason!
