 I cleared my past due, and I have no pending. At the moment my plan is not upgraded to the pro level, it is still in basic. I have paid 119,48 E for the annual period, but my account is still not upgraded. I need help because you keep sending me courtesy emails.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It seems there might be a discrepancy between your payment and the actual upgrade of your account. Here's what I recommend you do to address this situation: Troubleshooting paid account still showing as basic
