Hello Family --

 

   I have been Zoom BOMBED and I changed my passcode for computer joining but the old passcode for the phone users still works?  How do I change the passcode for my users that call in thru the phone?

Hi @Webhost sorry for your experience on getting Zoom bombed, as we take these occurrences very seriously, advise going to https://zoom.us/trust-form selecting "Report Abusive Behavior or Content". 

 

Secondly, are you referring to your Zoom account password or Meeting passcode?
