After recently creating an account on ZOOM, I was prompted to complete a series of six steps, with the understanding that upon successful completion, I would be eligible to receive a gift from Zoom.

I am writing to inform you that I have diligently completed each of the required steps, adhering to the instructions provided. However, despite fulfilling the prerequisites, I have not yet received any gift or confirmation of the same.
