You have exceeded the license allocation limit for your account.

I have an active license of Zoom Meetings (Zoom One Pro) but I'm not able to assign this available license to my user. When I try the following error appears: "You have exceeded the license allocation limit for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit."

How can I resolve this error?

Thanks.

Hey @josemuro29 welcome to the community! I would suggest looking into @Ray_Harwood's reply to Error codes: You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account.

Ray basically states that if you have licenses on the account and you are re-assigning the licenses to other users on the account; there is a limit to the number of times a license can be reassigned; therefore,  you will need to as stated in the error prompt, "Buy more licenses to increase the limit."

Hope this clears things up! 🙂
