Yearly subscription period didn't get setup in first place

I had a calendar plan already from last year that was going to expire 9/6/24, as soon as I bought a yearly phone plan today 5/9/24, it says your plan is expiring 9/6/24 just like other plan that I bought last year. Both plans expiration date is mixed up in zoom system. Since this morning I've been trying to reach support via call, chat, email but no luck. Hope some will help me.
